I hope your day turns out OK. I've been there, believe me. Lab reports due on football game days, essays the Monday after competitions and parades... The best thing to do is look at what you have to do, take a breath, and say "fuck it" and go for it

My day ended up being pretty poor. I’ve decided to switch out of Spanish and into a different class
I pretty much had to do different band errands during the day for my band instructor and then people complained to me about it and yeah, not fun
I actually got really pissed off at another clarinetist for screwing around wen he should’ve been at warm-ups and I was nearly yelling at him and I’m a VERY quiet person in general

...You sure know a lot...
Sometimes when I have a bad night, I take a hot bubble bath, and really show myself some TLC. I play ds, shave, scrub and soak, and when I get out I put on a light floral lotion (usually rose, lavender or chamomile, they're calming) and it would give you a chance to rub out some tension, especially since your leg is cramping. Take deep breaths, in for 4, hold for 10, out for 7. You're going to be ok. You're much more capable than you give yourself credit for.

Ugh, Thank you, I really needed that. And I did do some breathing and rubbed out my leg with lotion and it helped a lot
